Delapre Abbey
Grade II* listed building. Client – Northampton Borough Council. Conversion, restoration, and new build to create offices, conferencing, cafeteria, and events facilities
Bridgeford Hall
Grade II listed building. Client – Rushcliffe Borough Council. Conservation, restoration, and new build to create a luxury Aparthotel, Wedding, and registration service.
Hazel Gap
Grade II listed building. Client – Welbeck Estates. Conversion, restoration, and alteration from cattle barns and farmhouses to a Wedding Venue.
Oakham Castle
Grade I listed scheduled ancient monument.
Client – Rutland County Council. Consolidation of the castle walls, conservation of over 200 historic horseshoes, restoration works internally, externally, and new build extension.
Rolls Royce - Marble Hall
Grade II listed building and former Rolls Royce factory. Client – Derby City Council. Conservation, restoration, and refurbishment to create a Hub for small businesses and residents.
The Poultry House Wellbeck
Grade II listed building. Welbeck Estates. Conversion, restoration, and alteration of the existing chicken house to a Children’s Nursery.
New Build Projects
Sherwood Forest Visitors Centre
Client – RSPB. 3 Phases of work to create a new coach parking facility, new visitor centre, and removal, remediation of the existing visitor centre and car park.
Rushcliffe School
Performing Arts and languages Block.
Client – Trent Academies Group. 3 new drama studios, Box office and costume store, Teaching classrooms for Music and Languages.
Calderdale College
New D&B contract to create a Sustainable and Environmental Technologies Centre incorporating the latest environmental technology. Bream excellent.
York College
New Technical College. New D&B contract to create a Construction and Skills Centre. Bream excellent.
RAD Building
New building for the University of Nottingham. D&B tender for 2500m² research facility. One of a few commercial buildings that meet BREEAM and Passivhaus standards.
TEC Building
New building for the University of Nottingham. D&B for a 2,000m² BREEAM Excellent 3-storey office building. The initial design was tendered £2M over budget and a complete Value Engineered redesign was undertaken.
